Aminatu began working at Loyola University Chicago in June 2011 in the Office of First and Second Year Advising before transitioning to the Quinlan School of Business in February 2017 and currently leads and manages Business Career Services. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism Mass Communication and French from Creighton University, Master of Science in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Miami University in Ohio and recently earned a mini MBA certificate from Miami University in Ohio. She has training and expertise in the following areas: teaching, curriculum development and instructional design, assessment, experiential learning, academic and career advising, career coaching, supervision, peer mentoring programs, alumni and employer engagement, student leadership development, multicultural affairs/diversity and inclusion initiatives, living learning communities, faculty development, NCAA compliance, and academic support initiatives.
