Julián P. Díaz

Associate Professor of Economics


Julián P. Díaz is an associate professor in the Department of Economics at the Quinlan School of Business. His research and teaching interests are in the fields of international trade, international macroeconomics, and Latin American economics. His work has been published in academic journals such as Economic Theory, Economic Inquiry, Southern Economic Journal, Journal of International Money and Finance, and Journal of Comparative Economics, as well as in volumes published by the University of Minnesota Press and the Inter-American Development Bank. He received his BSc from Escuela Politécnica del Litoral, his MSc from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and his MA and PhD in economics from the University of Minnesota.
