Quinton Arthur

Manager, External Engagement and Strategic Partnerships


Quinton Arthur is a communications professional passionate about creating equity in communities.

Before joining the Baumhart Center for Social Enterprise and Responsibility at Loyola University Chicago, he worked at the Chicago Urban League, serving as senior external affairs manager after being promoted several times during his tenure. At the Chicago Urban League, Quinton led digital marketing, supporting seven departments and more than twenty programs. He also served on the planning committee for the Golden Fellowship Dinner, the organization’s largest fundraising event, and as the liaison to the young professional auxiliary.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Quinton is a member of 100 Black Men of Chicago, where he serves as a mentor and membership engagement chair. He has served as a freelance journalist covering civic and local news for the Lansing Journal, Homewood-Flossmoor Chronicle, and The Southland Journal.

Quinton is currently in the Baumhart Scholar MBA program, class of 2025, and plans to combine storytelling and business.
