Allison Davis

Associate Director, Student Services


Allison Davis has been working in higher education since 2014. She earned her M.S. in Human Resources in 2023 from Loyola University Chicago's Quinlan School of Business, an M.Ed. in Higher Education in 2016 from Loyola University Chicago's School of Education, and a B.A. in Elementary Education in 2014 from Converse University. Allison has served in various roles in Higher Education and Student Affairs, including in student involvement and engagement, residential life, and academic honesty and community standards.

As associate director, student services for the Quinlan School of Business, Allison facilitates initiatives that enhance and support students' curricular experiences. She develops co- and extra-curricular programming for undergraduate and graduate business students, advises several student organizations, connects students to campus involvement opportunities, manages student communications, and plans large-scale programs each year like the Quinlan Ramble spring break program and the Quinlan Commencement Celebration.
