25Live Upgrades

Campus Reservations will be upgrading our scheduling system, 25Live, during the week of 6/17. Our system will be inaccessible for the duration of this upgrade, which is expected to last no longer than 5 business days. Please be sure to submit requests for events occurring during or slightly after the week of 6/17 as soon as possible to ensure adequate processing time. Any requests submitted during the week of 6/17 may take longer to process than is customary for our department-- please plan accordingly. Thank you for your patience.

Academic Space Waiting List

Campus Reservations is unable to process requests for academic space during the Fall 2013 semester until after the course schedule has been finalized (the third week of the semester). Please submit your request as soon as possible to be added to our Academic Waiting List.

Fall 2013 requests for Damen Student Center Spaces

Campus Reservations is now accepting Fall 2013 requests for Damen Student Center spaces. You can submit requests for these spaces via 25Live. Damen Student Center will be available for Spring 2014 requests on 9/16. Student organizations will have priority between 9/16 and 9/30.

Palm Court Bookings

There is no longer an internal fee to book Palm Court. To reserve and check the availability of this space, please visit 25Live.

Simpson Multi-Purpose Room

Beginning Fall 2013, Simpson MPR will become a student study lounge during the academic year. You can no longer reserve this space through Campus Reservations.

Sullivan Center Hours

The open and closed hours of the Sullivan Center have changed. New hours are: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Sunday, Closed
