About
Idiake "Dee" is an MPH grad student at Parkinson School of Health Sciences and Public Health on the Public Health Policy and Management Track. Born and raised in Long Beach, California, Dee now considers themself a decently aquatinted Chicagoan. Dee has had several internships throughout their undergrad years revolving around community interventions and impact. With hopes of attaining a job that influences policy in the future, involvement within the community and its members is essential to understanding the crucial areas for change. Dee is excited to begin working with the Wellness Center as the Health Promotion intern and contributing skills and understanding of health for the well-being and empowerment of the Loyola community and the community at large.
