Joan Holden is the Director of the Wellness Center and an Adult Nurse Practitioner. Joan has been with Loyola’s Wellness Center since 2000. She received her baccalaureate in nursing from Mount Saint Joseph University, a masters in oncology nursing from Rush University School of Nursing and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing at Loyola. She has received Board Certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Joan enjoys working with and managing the talented Wellness Center staff. She also cares for students in the clinic and has a special interest in preventative health care and infectious disease.
