Grace is a recent graduate from Missouri State University, where she earned her B.S. in Psychology and BSW in Social Work. She is currently a Social Work Intern at the Loyola Student Wellness Center, pursuing her Master of Social Work with a focus on advanced clinical counseling. Grace is committed to creating a warm and inclusive environment for all clients, with an emphasis on acceptance and a strengths-based approach. This approach highlights individuals' inherent strengths and capabilities, empowering them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Her experience encompasses non-profit community engagement, social work within school settings, and peer mentorship. Grace values goal setting with clients and has a diverse background working with various populations including experience in trauma informed care with emphasis on those from assorted socioeconomic backgrounds. Outside of her professional life, Grace enjoys reading realistic fiction, trying new coffee shops, and exploring the city with friends.
