Teresa Carey joined the Wellness Center in 1989. Teresa graduated from Elmhurst College in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Teresa started her nursing career at Loyola University Medical Center on a Medical Surgical Unit and then moved to Inpatient Pediatrics before settling in at the Wellness Center. Teresa earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Loyola University Chicago in 1994 with an emphasis in printmaking. As a lifelong Chicagoan, she has a special interest in Chicago architecture and architectural ornamentation. In her spare time, Teresa enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
