Welcome to the Graduate School at Loyola University Chicago. I encourage you to explore the many ways graduate education at Loyola will challenge and energize you as you continue your professional development.
Loyola offers a wide array of opportunities in traditionally defined disciplines, as well as in interdisciplinary programs. Approximately 1,500 graduate students are enrolled in 27 Ph.D. programs and 44 master's programs, working with more than 600 graduate faculty members. As you'll soon discover, we are a unique community of scholars, researchers and students united in our commitment to the discovery and application of knowledge. Loyola upholds the Jesuit ideal of knowledge in the service of humanity. Linking theory to practice, we encourage our students to use their intellectual talents to improve the lives of others and meet the needs of their society.
At Loyola, we prepare people to lead extraordinary lives. We encourage our students to be agents of change who lead by example and exhibit a compassion for others. We thank you for your interest, and we invite you to take this opportunity to learn more about us.
