IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF THE AV CAPABILITIES OF A SPECIFIC ROOM, PLEASE CHECK OUR ROOM INVENTORY.
IF YOU NEED EQUIPMENT THAT IS NOT PROVIDED IN THE ROOM: You will need to contact an outside vendor or Conference Services to rent equipment.
IF YOUR AV EQUIPMENT IS MISSING or NOT WORKING PROPERLY: ITRS can assist you. Please call 4-4444 for support. Support Center office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with limited hours on Saturdays.
The Equipment Loan Program:
If you need to rent equipment not provided in a room, you can do so through the Equipment Loan Program Reservation System. The number of items per category (e.g. microphones) that you are able to check out may be limited to ensure that equipment is available to the university community.
