Assistant Director for the Leadership Scholars Program

Cami is a first generation college student and Illinois native. She obtained her Bachelor's in Marketing and Management from Carthage College and her Master's in Higher Education Administration and Policy from Northwestern University. She serves as the program's academic advisor, program coordinator, campus partner liaison, and student leader supervisor. Cami's advising philosophy is to help students reach their fullest potential by providing ample opportunities and resources for growth and offering guidance and support to achieve success​.

Tayler Tillman, MBA, CCSP, GCDF

Senior Career Development Advisor

Tayler serves our students by supporting them with their career development and career exploration journey. Her professional experience includes working in Human Resources (recruiting, talent development, and employee relations), brand management and consulting, training & development, and entrepreneurship. Tayler holds a B.S. in Biology (Pre-med), an MBA in Management from Saint Xavier University and is pursuing her EdD in Higher Education Leadership from Loyola. She is a Chicago native who’s philosophy centers around helping students develop their strengths and finding what dreams that want to pursue.
