Bio

Dr. McDonald received her B.A. from Ohio State University and her Ph.D. from Yale University. Before coming to Loyola in 1983, she taught at Western Illinois University, the University of Texas (Austin), and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her research areas are mathematical logic and recursion theory. Dr. McDonald is Newsletter Editor of the Association for Women in Mathematics
