Annual Compliance Training

Ongoing education is a way Human Resources and the Office for Equity and Compliance works to foster and sustain a positive, healthy, and inclusive environment. As part of our collective effort to prevent discrimination, sexual misconduct, harassment, & retaliation, along with recognizing bystander intervention practices, in the coming months, Faculty and Staff will receive an invitation to complete the required annual compliance training. Beginning October 8, 2024, a series of communications will distribute to Faculty and Staff regarding the completion of the required Annual Compliance Training. As applicable, the training below will be assigned:
- Building Supportive Communities: Clery Act and Title IX
- Preventing Harassment & Discrimination: Supervisors (Illinois)
- Preventing Harassment & Discrimination: Non-Supervisors (Illinois)
