Employee Assistance Program
The University offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to help find solutions to issues and difficulties of daily life. It provides supportive materials designed to help you live a balanced lifestyle. This program is offered at no cost through AllOne Health (formerly known as Perspectives) and is available to all employees and their families.
Assessment, referral, and up to 8 short-term counseling services are provided at no cost. If a referral includes ongoing counseling for mental health or substance abuse, AllOne will help coordinate the referral with insurance, as appropriate.
Mental Health Resources
Instantly connect to a clinician by phone for urgent clinical matters, schedule a video session or a telephonic session or you can meet with a local clinician from our network.
Mental health sessions provide short-term counseling to help:
- Manage stress, anxiety, grief, depression
- Coping with change or challenges
- Build self-awareness and practice self-care
- Resolve conflict and improve relationships
- Address substance misuse and recovery
- Talk through any personal issue

To schedule an individual appointment with one of Perspectives' licensed professionals, call 800.456.6327. Perspectives AllOne Health schedules appointments on weekdays from 8:00AM – 6:00PM and has 24-hour/7-day-a-week emergency services.
