Policy makers, advocates, community representatives, researchers, and health professionals joined together to begin to develop a blueprint for the City and County to advance a healthy homes agenda. This day-long summit included a morning plenary session setting the framework for discussion. The afternoon included strategic planning work group sessions.
Professor Anita Weinberg, Director of the Civitas ChildLaw Center at Loyola University Chicago's School of Law welcomed everyone to the Summit, convened by Loyola University Chicago in partnership with the City of Chicago Department of Public Health, the Cook County Department of Public Health, and the University of Illinois Chicago.
