Housing Options
Loyola’s ELLP students can choose from a variety of housing options. The following are the most common:
  1. Living on Campus: If you are interested in Loyola Housing, please review your options on the Residence Life webpage: http://www.luc.edu/reslife/index.shtml
All questions regarding on-campus housing can be directed to: res-life@luc.edu
  2. Homestay: Some students enjoy the experience of living with an American family. If you are interested in this option, please visit: https://www.homestay.com/http://www.chicagohomestaysearch.com/, http://www.homestaynetwork.com or www.myinternationalfamily.com.
  3. Living Off Campus: There are many housing options off-campus. One in particular that is a good choice for our ELLP students is an apartment building called The Sovereign. For more information, please visit their website: http://www.thesovereign.com/.
Loyola University Chicago’s ELLP aims to provide students with housing options both within the university and within the city of Chicago. The ELLP, however, makes no guarantee as to the suitability of houseguests or accommodations. The ELLP is not responsible for any problems that arise from these accommodations. If you have questions about a particular neighborhood, feel free to e-mail: ellp@luc.edu.
