Loyola Global Bridge is designed for students who want to pursue a degree at the undergraduate or graduate level at Loyola but who may still need to put the finishing touches on their English language ability.
Students take a set number of degree-credit courses alongside their English language courses, working on their degree as they improve the English abilities that will help them to succeed in their degree programs.

Getting Settled into Loyola Global Bridge
1. After submitting all required application materials to Loyola, an admissions decision is made, and the requisite visa documents are prepared
2. Loyola Global Bridge level placement is determined by the free English Language Assessment, along with past English proficiency scores
3. Students are registered in classes
4. Students apply for on-campus Loyola housing or arrange their off-campus housing
5. Students arrive one week before the start of classes to move in and receive their Rambler Card student ID
6. Classes begin
