Occupational Therapy (OT)

Occupational therapy involves improving the quality of life for patients of all ages with sensory, mental, or physical problems. Just like other health professional programs, planning for a occupational therapy degree takes a great deal of planning. If you are interested in pursuing OT, we recommend starting your school search early to stay on top of required classes, experience hours, and deadline expectations. If you have any questions regarding your schedule or involvements, please schedule a full appointment with a pre-health advisor.

Note: Health professional schools have various requirements. Keep in mind that these are general guides. Students must research specific schools of interest for a complete listing of requirements and meeting with a Pre-Health advisor is recommended.
