ProfileManuel A. Ruiz, MAPC was born in Colombia, where he worked as a professional psychologist and a college professor. He earned his master degree in pastoral counseling from Loyola University Chicago in 2005. He is currently a doctoral student in counseling psychology at Argosy University in DC. Mr. Ruiz joined the Family Crisis Center of Prince George’s County as a bilingual counselor in 2006.
