Refunds for remaining Rambler Bucks balances can be requested at any time. A one-time processing fee of $25.00 per request will be applied to each refund, to be paid out of the existing Rambler Bucks balance.
Refunds for students will be applied to the student account in LOCUS and, if applicable, a refund will be generated via direct deposit. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the request being submitted, and will be sent via direct deposit (ACH payment) to the requester’s bank. It is the responsibility of the requester to ensure the Direct Deposit profile (in LOCUS) is up to date.
After a cardholder record is inactive for 12-months consecutively, the University will charge a $5.00/month maintenance fee for any account carrying a Rambler Bucks balance. This monthly maintenance fee will be applied until the Rambler Bucks balance is $0.00

Any individual who attempts to add RamblerBucks onto their RamblerCard with a check that is returned to Loyola for any reason, will have a hold placed on their RamblerBucks account until payment is made in full via cash or credit card.
The Campus Card Office will send an email notification outlining the actions required to take in order to regain access to their RamblerBucks.
For all students, Loyola will charge the amount of the returned check to the student account in LOCUS, and a representative from the Office of the Bursar will contact the student to notify them of the returned check and the amount owed.
