Fall 2015
First Year Resident Meal Plan Change Request Form This form is for first-year resident students who are interested in changing their meal plan to best fit their needs. Resident Meal Plan Change Requests for Fall 2015 will be accepted through September 10th, 2015.
Second Year Resident Meal Plan Change Request Form This form is for second-year resident students who are interested in changing their meal plan to best fit their needs. Resident Meal Plan Change Requests for Fall 2015 will be accepted through September 10th, 2015.
Upper Class Resident (Apartment Style) Meal Plan Change Request Form This form is for upper-class resident students who are interested in changing their meal plan to best fit their needs. Resident Meal Plan Change Requests for Fall 2015 will be accepted through September 10th, 2015.
Non- Resident Meal Plan Request Form This form is for non-resident students who are interested in having a meal plan for use at on-campus dining facilities. Non-Resident students must submit a request each term they wish to have a meal plan. Non-Resident Meal Plan Change Requests for Fall 2015 will be accepted through November 6th, 2015.

  

Rambler Bucks Refund
Rambler Bucks Refund Form This form is intended for students to request a refund of their Rambler Bucks. Please be aware that a $25 processing fee will be deducted from your Rambler Bucks balance prior to refunding. The full Rambler Bucks refund policy can be found here.
