Commuter Meal Plan Request
Non-Resident Meal Plan Request Form This form is intended for non-resident or commuter students who are interested in signing up for a meal plan for the Spring 2016 term. The Spring 2017 form is now closed.

 

Commuter Meal Plan Change Request
Non-Resident Meal Plan Change Request Form This form is intended for non-resident or commuter students who are interested in changing their meal plan selection to best fit their needs. The Spring 2017 form is now closed.

    

Rambler Bucks Charge Authorization Form
Rambler Bucks Charge Authorization Form This form is intended for students to request Rambler Bucks to be charged to their LOCUS accounts. Please be aware that these charges are allowed in increments of $100 up to $800. These funds will be placed on the Rambler Card for immediate use, and the charge will then be added to the student account to be paid in full along with all tuition and fees. The Spring 2017 form is now closed.

 

Rambler Bucks Refund
Rambler Bucks Refund Form This form is intended for students to request a refund of their Rambler Bucks. Please be aware that a $25 processing fee will be deducted from your Rambler Bucks balance prior to refunding. The full Rambler Bucks refund policy can be found here.
