Access to Archival Materials: Fall 2020

Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, the Women and Leadership Archives and Loyola Archives & Special Collections staff have limited hours on campus according to the University’s policies on de-densification and social distancing. The best way for both Archives staff to provide the greatest amount of access to archival materials for Fall 2020 is via remote access. Please follow these steps for requesting access to the collections:

1. Contact the respective Archives staff for a research consultation. Staff will work with researchers to provide requested materials via remote access.

     + Loyola Archives & Special Collections: Ask the Archivist form

2. If remote access is not possible, i.e. if a requested item cannot be scanned due to size or fragility, then staff will work with researchers to arrange an in-person research appointment. At this time, research appointments are limited in order to follow guidelines from the University and University Libraries.
