What is your favorite thing about working at Loyola?
In my role on the BSI Team, I’m constantly faced with challenges that provide great opportunities to learn and enhance my skills.
What is your most memorable achievement as a Loyola employee?
This year, I contributed to the Salesforce implementation project by developing several interfaces that integrate with the Salesforce platform to both input and extract data. Throughout the process, I gained valuable experience and learned new skills and concepts related to the system and the software required to achieve my objectives.
What does Loyola's mission mean to you?
To me, Loyola's mission means striving to do my best in everything I do, viewing challenges as opportunities to grow and learn. It also means sharing the knowledge I gain with my colleagues to help them grow as well.
What motivates you to succeed each and every day?
What motivates me to succeed is that each day brings a new challenge to solve. Whether it’s addressing an issue, finding a solution, or helping a user navigate one of our platforms, there’s always something that needs attention, and that drives me to do my best.

Whether I’m working with my team, engaging with the Loyola community, or just focusing on continuous improvement, I try to live up to the values that Loyola stands for. One thing most people at Loyola might be surprised to know about me is that I have a stubborn mindset. I don’t give up easily. Even if I fail a thousand times, I will keep pushing forward until I find a solution.
