What is your favorite thing about working at Loyola? I really enjoy sending out Admit Letters to potential incoming students. I remember the feeling when I read my acceptance to Loyola, and I imagine thousands of other students are equally excited to receive that letter in the mail. It’s nice to be able to spread such good news to others!
What does Loyola's mission mean to you? It means being friendly and helpful to any coworkers or students I happen to pass by throughout the day.
What motivates you to succeed each and every day? I keep little mementos on my desk from gifts students have given me over the years – toys, drawings, etc. They remind me that there’s always new students out there looking to become Ramblers. It motivates me to want to work hard to bring other new students into the fold at the university.
Tell us how you show your Rambler pride: During March Madness, I like to put up posters or fliers cheering on the Ramblers to post-season success!
Tell us something most people at Loyola would be surprised to know about you: I was part of Loyola’s first class of Advertising/Public Relations majors. There were only four of us in the class, but it was pretty cool to receive a degree for what was at the time a brand new major.
