What is your favorite thing about working at Loyola? That’s a tie between my wonderful colleagues and getting to work right on the lake.
What is your most memorable achievement as a Loyola employee? Watching students graduate when I’ve known and worked with them throughout their whole Loyola career is a really special moment.
What does Loyola's mission mean to you? Service that promotes justice is something that is very meaningful to me. I try to embody it, I respect my colleagues for doing the same, and we all strive to help our students live out that commitment in order to build a better world together.
What motivates you to succeed each and every day? Joy and responsibility. I love the work I do, and it’s such an honor to be part of these formative years for students and help them see the impact they can have on their communities.
Tell us how you show your Rambler pride: All maroon & gold, all the time. My alma mater is Arizona State, which has the same colors, so I’m always happy to wear them.
Tell us something most people at Loyola would be surprised to know about you: If I ever quit Loyola, it will be to run a bed & breakfast in the Scottish Highlands.
