What is your favorite thing about working at Loyola?
Friendships that have evolved over the years with coworkers. Also, positively impacting the career decisions students make from the teaching and advising I do.
What is your most memorable achievement as a Loyola employee?
End-of-semester feedback from students that speaks to any significant learning they gained from my course.
What does Loyola's mission mean to you?
Unconditional support to all members of the Loyola community and beyond.
What motivates you to succeed each and every day?
Fear of looking like a fool in the front of the classroom! In all honesty, that, plus doing what I can to ensure students get the best experience possible when they take my classes.
Tell us how you show your Rambler pride.
My go-to pen is a Quinlan-branded pen. I also tell employers, recruiters, and other hiring professionals just how bright, polite, and good-natured Loyola students are, which really is an easy sell because it’s all true!
Tell us something most people at Loyola would be surprised to know about you.
I used to DJ weddings, parties, bars, and other events in New Jersey and here in Chicago, including Loyola’s very own Bar 63!
