What is your favorite thing about working at Loyola?
The strong alignment between Loyola’s mission and my personal faith-based values.
What is your most memorable achievement as a Loyola employee?
Supporting the dramatic increase in grant application submissions and extramural awards for the Oncology Research Institute faculty over the last several years has been particularly memorable.
What does Loyola's mission mean to you?
It means embracing diversity and finding God in every person that I encounter.
What motivates you to succeed each and every day?
The work that we do in the Oncology Research Institute leads to a greater understanding of the causes of cancer and ultimately provides new therapeutic options for patients. Cancer is so widespread, and most of us have a family member or loved one who has suffered from some form of cancer. The research we’re doing really does make a difference.
Tell us how you show your Rambler pride.
