What is your favorite thing about working at Loyola?
Obtaining all the training that I have received especially since working in the Campus Safety Department. I take my position very seriously, and when there is training available, I am always interested in any type of improvement. To me, this makes for a very organized, professional, and knowledgeable employee.
What is your most memorable achievement as a Loyola employee?
Receiving my degree in Criminal Justice while working here.
What does Loyola's mission mean to you?
To me it means having the opportunity to work with a wonderful diverse group of people who push you forward to be the best you can be.
What motivates you to succeed each and every day?
The idea that in doing so, character and good work ethic are developed.
Tell us how you show your Rambler pride.
By taking advantage of the discount in the bookstore and buying items which represent the University’s athletic teams and giving them away to family members.
Tell us something most people at Loyola would be surprised to know about you.
A lot of people would be surprised to know that I have twin granddaughters who are 14 years old and both have autism. They would also be surprised to know that I am the advocate in the family for them both on any and all things autism. If there is a need to fight for their rights, all anyone need do is contact me and I am out there fighting for them both in any way I can.
