Loyola ID & Email
Shortly after your acceptance to the program, the Office of Graduate & Professional Enrollment Management will send you an email containing your Loyola Universal ID and password which will give you access to the networked resources, computer systems, and services you will use while at Loyola, including:
- Outlook Email to correspond with faculty and staff regarding your program and general university business.
- LOCUS: Loyola's Online Connection to University Services to view class offerings, register for courses, manage financial aid, make student bill payments, view semester grades, update contact information, submit immunization record, and waive out of health insurance (if applicable). LOCUS is the university's Web-based self-service system that enables students to access information and services online, anytime.
- Sakai to access course syllabi, handouts, assignments, online quizzes/tests, and grades.
Once you receive your Loyola Universal ID please become familiar with LOCUS (Loyola’s self-service student portal) and the Loyola Email System.
Take some time and go through the Technology Roadmap. It is a great introduction to LOCUS and other technology systems used at Loyola.
