Program Overview
Welcome to the Developmental Psychology Graduate Program homepage. Here you can find information about our PhD program and the exciting research currently being conducted by our faculty and students. We aim to understand and support the healthy development of children, youth, and families. Our eight Core faculty, and other faculty affiliates, specialize in the cognitive, cultural, social-emotional, linguistic, and neural factors that promote typical development and learning in infancy through adolescence. Through research training, coursework, and teaching, students gain the professional skills they need for non-clinical academic or professional careers.
If you have additional questions about the program please contact Dr. Elizabeth Wakefield (Developmental Graduate Program Director).
