History Celebrates the 2019-2020 Academic Year
As you may know from visits to Crown Center Fifth Floor, we have an annual tradition of compiling and preserving the academic year accomplishments of History Department Faculty, Graduate Students, and Undergraduate Majors and Minors on three large posters. After being displayed at various end-of-year events, they are hung on the walls of the History corridor. The posters for this academic year are linked to below.
Although we have not been able to physically celebrate those end-of-year events during this world-historical year, we have nevertheless worked up these posters for hanging when we return to Crown Center Fifth Floor.
While the academic year ended virtually, the 2019-2020 accomplishments were profoundly tangible, concrete, and hard-won ---deserving both remembrance and recognition. Physical testimonies to them will be hung on the walls when we return, just as they have been in the past.
