Luau With Loyola Neighbors and Students
It’s that time of year again for the annual Student Neighbor Meet and Greet in its new location - Loyola Station CTA Plaza.
Rogers Park and Edgewater neighbors, and the off-campus Loyola student community will gather for a fun, luau-themed night of circus arts, music, games, and more. Guests will enjoy delicious multi-ethnic cuisine from an assortment of local restaurants, and sweet treats from local bakeries. Thursday, August 28, 6:30 p.m., Loyola CTA Plaza - 6550 N Sheridan Road.
Featured at this year’s event will be family-friendly activities such as face-painting, art-projects, a magic show, and a cake-walk. Loyola University Chicago strongly supports the continued growth and development of our home communities in Rogers Park and Edgewater.
Through the Student Neighbor Meet & Greet, and other programming sponsored by Loyola’s Office of Community Relations and Off-Campus Student Life, we support the integration of students into our diverse neighborhood, encourage their patronage of a thriving local business community, provide them with civic engagement opportunities, and assist in their transition to living off campus. We look forward to seeing you there!
