As the Recreation and Leisure intern at Misericordia, I work with groups of residents assisting in music classes, art classes and other fun activities. During music class, I help residents play instruments and sing-a-long to songs with them. In art class, I assist with painting and drawing depending on the day. I enjoy that I get to meet a lot of different residents through these different activities. Second semester I will be working in fitness and will be helping residents with their work out plans. I look forward to building relationships with residents during my time there!
