Taking on this project [of working on The Virtual Dance Ensemble Video Project as an independent study with Professor Amy Wilkinson] has challenged my future work in freelance filmmaking. I had to troubleshoot my problems, network with techies with different skill sets, and use my interdisciplinary skills. I will graduate in December, and then I will be moving to Los Angeles to work as a freelance dance filmmaker, assistant director, and dancer.
