Building an ePortfolio enhanced my 4-year Loyola Experience because it initially allowed me to do a skills and interests "inventory." It made me reflect what do I love to do, what can I do, and how can I show this to others? Creating an ePortfolio also made me feel empowered; I now have an amazing tool that can help me secure interviews, internships, and employment after graduation.
Since creating my ePortfolio, I've found myself using it surprisingly often. I've used my ePortfolio as a reference for my professors and employers to write recommendations for me. I've also linked my ePortfolio to my LinkedIn account in order to show potential employers and colleagues my skills, experience, and interests.
