Geni Harclerode, MA
Assistant Vice President, Career Services
Geni Harclerode (she/her) serves as the Assistant Vice President for Career Services. In this role, she provides leadership and strategic vision for Loyola’s Career Services teams and collaborates with senior leadership across the Division of Student Success. Geni has two decades of experience in university career services, previously holding leadership positions at University of Michigan and Northwestern University. She served as an instructor in Eastern Michigan University's Higher Education/Student Affairs graduate program.
Geni holds a BA in Women's and Gender Studies and an MA in Higher Education Administration, both from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is an active member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers.
When not on campus, Geni loves exploring Chicago's restaurants, museums, and theater venues, and traveling with her family. She encourages all students to regularly connect with the amazing Career Services staff as a part of their Loyola journey.
