Loyola's UMC Content team is dedicated to a distinct mission that sets it apart from conventional photography services. While it does not offer photographers for events or individual headshots, our focus is more strategic in developing photography to bolster institutional branding.
Looking for photos?
Faculty and staff can access University imagery in Photoshelter, which includes a wide array of searchable visual assets, by emailing the University photographer. Please include your name, title, and department when submitting your request.

Please fill out our photo request form to see if we may be able to partner on a strategic initiative. Please note that because of the volume of event coverage requests received, we are only able to fulfill those that advance University-wide initiatives.
If you would like to hire a freelance photographer for your event, please visit our FAQs and recommended list. If you hire a freelancer, please connect them with the University photographer to ensure photos are uploaded into the University photo archive.
