    • Accommodates a total of up to eight lines, including one full line between Address and Contacts.

    • Aligns with brand logo or signature mark.*

    • Use specific office address, but the official campus address is encouraged to aid visitors using online map apps.

Style notes

  • Do not use periods in degrees. Common examples: BA ’29, BS ’29, BSEd, MA, MSISM, BSW, MBA, MSIMC, EdD, MDiv, MSW, JD, MEd, PhD
  • Use commas to separate titles from departments: Professor of Spanish, Department of Modern Languages and Literature.
  • Use a round bullet to separate multiple titles, surrounded by two full spaces before and after.
  • Shorten specific address to Building Name <1234>. Use “Room,” “Suite,” etc. only when necessary.
  • Address block moves from specific to general: office address to building name to campus name to campus address to city/ state. 
  • Abbreviate Street (St.), Avenue (Ave.), and Boulevard (Blvd.) when part of an address, except “Michigan Avenue.” Spell out others.
