Together, we can ensure Loyola’s brand is cohesive across different materials and uses. These guidelines will provide direction as you apply the brand identity. Check back regularly, as the template system is continually updated and expanded.

Presentation

Loyola University Chicago faculty, staff, and students often present their research, programs, and projects to groups in and outside of the University. UMC maintains a variety of templates for these needs. Templates for Powerpoints, digital screens, and videos standards will help expedite the production process for you to maintain a professional, refined look.

Events

University events range from small gatherings to larger affairs. These templates represent a wide range of materials for use at least 12 weeks in advance (Save the Date/Invitation), weeks leading to the event (publicity posters), and reusable items for the event (banners and name tags). Even in the digital age, printed material continues to be effective and elicits distinct responses. Focused editing of images and content is paramount, as is judging the shelf life of printed information versus what can be changed more quickly online.
