First Semester (Fall Freshman Year)
- UNIV course(s) to continue a smoother transition to college
- Courses that utilize Supplemental Instruction
- Cohort classes from a list of intended major courses and Loyola Core courses
- In-depth regular academic advising
- Individualized development of skills, self-awareness and strategies
- Peer mentoring
- RSP Social Events
- Career Self-Assessment Workshop
Second Semester (Spring Freshman Year)
- Cohort class from a list of specially designed major and Loyola Core courses
- Utilize Supplemental Instruction for major and/or Core course(s)
- In-depth academic advising
- Individualized development of skills, self-awareness and strategies
- Learning activities, workshops, etc.
- Peer mentoring and academic coaching
- Culminating presentation of your successfully completed Rambler Success Program year
Beyond The First Year
- Continued academic advising support from the RSP Advisors
- Quarterly RSP electronic newsletter to keep students informed of events, scholarships, and other opportunities
- Continued participation in the RSP mentoring program
- Workshops and programs
- Opportunities for student leader positions within the Program
