A Message to Parents

Dear Parents,

We have been praying for you, your family, and your student/s.

In the spirit of keeping you informed and connected, I am sharing with you the message I sent earlier today to students, faculty, and staff outlining our actions and our responsibility in this public health crisis. Please visit our coronavirus website on a regular basis to stay informed of new developments and Loyola University Chicago updates.

At Loyola, the core of who we are as a Jesuit, Catholic university is to care for the whole person (cura personalis). During these demanding days and in the weeks ahead, we will be unwavering in our commitment to caring for our students and broader community as we ensure academic and operational continuity. Like you, we are doing all we can to navigate through this unprecedented global health crisis and are mindful of our call to serve, to lead, to act, and to care for each other and our communities.

Thank you for entrusting the education of your son/s and daughter/s to Loyola. Please know we are doing everything possible to deliver a quality Loyola education as we keep our community safe.
