Nearly $400M is appropriated annually to support supply chains in its public health and public safety agencies. Valerie is responsible for the development of a data analytics program to improve decision-making around County’s supply chain management investments.
Reporting to County C-suite executives, she serves as Deputy Chief Performance Management Officer. Since 2017 she has focused on reverse logistics. Prior, she served as Director ERP Center of Excellence and led the effort to replace (8) ERP and SCM systems, with a $60M cloud-based ERP-SCM solution. She holds graduate degrees and certifications from several top-ranked institutions.
