About the speaker
Lisa Yang
Zongfei "Lisa" Yang focuses on corporate bonds, credit ratings, and institutional investors, particularly how these bonds are priced, sold, and traded, and the impact of institutional investors, corporate governance, and regulations on market efficiency. Her research has been published in journals like the Journal of Banking and Finance and the Journal of International Money and Finance. Before joining Loyola, Yang was a tenured associate professor of finance at Montana State University. She teaches corporate finance and Fintech. Yang holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Oklahoma, an MSc in Finance from Singapore Management University, and a B.S. in Economics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
