Instructions for accessing and completing the ITS Service Desk's NVivo Home Use Self-Service Request (SSR) for a personal device:
- Select the NVivo Home Use button on the page linked above.
- Log in using your LUC uvid and password.
- Enter the following information:
- Your department/school.
- Your User type (Faculty, Graduate student, Undergraduate student, Sponsored Guest).
- Operating system for your personal device (Windows, Mac)
- Current home/cell phone number
- Submit the request.
