Zoom

Zoom is a cloud conferencing tool that can be used for synchronous meetings of multiple participants and scopes, all within a continuously updated and accessible user interface. Hosts and participants can access Zoom through any laptop or mobile device, making Zoom an excellent choice to connect from multiple environments. Zoom offers robust audio, video, chat, collaboration tools, and allows screen and file sharing. Zoom fosters interactivity with polling, whiteboard, and breakout room features. For future reference and/or archival records, meetings can be recorded and made available to course members or as public resources. All active faculty, staff, and students have the ability to host their own Zoom meetings.
