1) Connect to the hotspot via Wi-Fi using the SSID (wireless network) and password printed on the hotspot's label.
2) Open a web browser. In the address bar type in: 192.168.128.1 and hit enter.
3) Enter the password: admin
4) Click on:
Settings tab (top-middle of screen)
Advanced Router (on left side)
Firewall (below 'Advanced Router')
5) Click ON for Portmapping.
6) Close the window and attempt connecting to Global Protect, which should connect successfully.
