Migration Studies Track
This track is designed to prepare social work professionals for domestic, transnational, and international practice with internally displaced persons, immigrants, and refugees. To complete the track, students enroll in SOWK 731 Social Work Practice with Refugees and Immigrants and two of the three migration-focused policy courses: SOWK 730, Migration Dynamics and U.S. Social Policy, SOWK 732 Migration Social Justice and Human Rights, and /or SOWK 733 North American Migration Dynamics and Policy.
