The Student Health Insurance Waiver is currently closed.
The deadline of February 28th, 2025 to waive out of Loyola's student health insurance for the Spring 2025 term has passed.
If you wish to appeal this fee and have NOT made any claims under this policy, you MUST supply the following information providing proof of alternate coverage to healthcareplanforstudents@luc.edu:

This appeal in no way guarantees that your request will be approved. If approved, it may take up to 14 business days for processing before you may see any credit posted to your LOCUS account. If not approved, you will be responsible for the full premium posted to your student account.
