School of Social Work

Lincoln Park High School

Lincoln Park High School (LPHS) serves as the newest agency partnership with Loyola University Chicago’s School of Social Work for the BRAVE project. Lincoln Park High School is located in the Northside Chicago neighborhood of Lincoln Park. BRAVE LPHS aims to provide youth culturally relevant programming, enriching experiences, and the opportunity to forge meaningful connections with agency mentors and their peers.

At BRAVE LPHS, students ages 14 - 18 are provided with enriching programming and support Mondays - Thursdays both during and after school hours. Additionally, programming opportunities are offered on Saturdays as well. Programming has been designed to include culturally relevant and engaging activities for the high school aged youth that BRAVE LPHS serves.

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, for the safety of its program participants and staff members, BRAVE LPHS has transitioned to providing the same level of engaging and creative programming via a digital platform. BRAVE LPHS prides itself on providing a space for students to engage with their diverse interests as well as issues around current events.
